Screaming in Digital - Issue 128
February 28th, 1994Editor’s Notes
Greetings again, and welcome to issue 10000000 (Binary)
of the digest. To begin with, there are a few notes. New on the
FTP site (glia.biostr.washington.edu) are a picture (silent1.jpg)
that Dan (dsblack@iastate.edu) scanned from the Empire liner,
and the first release version of the “Tourography” that Hugh
(am102@yfn.ysu.edu) has been working on. There’s actually a new
directory for information about tour dates and set lists.
As mentioned above, there is an “Express Edition” - it
started last week, and the FAQ posted to Usenet should also
mention it. It’s a news-only edition, much shorter than this.
I think that’s about all for now, so, on with the digest.
Screaming in Digital - Issue 127
February 21st, 1994Editor’s Notes
Greetings once again, and happy President’s Day to those
in the US. This is the last issue I’ll be doing from Iowa for
some time, as I’m heading back home this week.
Starting this week, I’m offering an “Express Edition” of
the digest, which will contain only the news and advertisement
sections of the digest. Those who want to keep abreast of
current events, but don’t have time to read through all the
discussions, may want to take a look at it. It will not contain
anything that isn’t also in the full-size edition, and won’t be
archived, since it would be redundant.
As noted below, Hugh is continuing to compile the list
of tour dates and set lists. If you’ve got any information about
past Queensryche concerts, what songs were played, and so on,
please mail him.

February 14th, 1994Editor’s Notes
Greetings, and happy Valentine’s Day to all those who
believe in love. For those of you who still haven’t responded to
the favorite songs poll that William is doing, please do so now,
as time is running out.
I’ve added some key addresses right up there, in case
anyone isn’t sure where to send what.
Screaming in Digital - Issue 125
February 7th, 1994Editor’s Notes
Hello from Iowa, and welcome to February. First off, I’d
like to point out the most recent post about the favorite songs
poll that William’s doing - you can find that in the news area.
Secondly, since there’s a good bit of mention of related bands in
this issue, here are some addresses for those of you who wish to
discuss:
Dream Theater - ytsejam-request@bnf.com
Marillion - freaks-request@bnf.com
Hard rock in general - wilsonp@ucsu.colorado.edu
I encourage you to subscribe to any you find appropriate, as I
will be forced to begin returning submissions not pertinent to
Queensryche or this digest if the current trend continues.
But enough of me. On with the issue.
