As usual, I apologize for my prolonged silence. It seems that when I have
something to say, I don’t have the time to say it - and vice versa.

I know the recent news posting about Chris DeGarmo exercising his legal
rights as the author or co-author of many well-known Queensrÿche songs
has created a “tempest in a teacup.” More than a few people are afraid
Chris will try to stop the remaining members from performing old songs.
