Editor’s Notes
September 25, 1998
I always seem to be apologizing for being quiet. This time, my quietude
was brought on by a much-needed vacation from August 28 to September 7, and
prolonged by the obligation of catching up with all the work I got behind
on during that vacation.
Unfortunately, the result of all that is that I’ve been almost entirely
“out of the loop” for the better part of a month. Needless to say, I hope
to rectify this grave problem in the nearest possible future. I hope that
my workload has now leveled off at a level which will allow me to not only
preserve what I pass off as sanity, but also complete some much-needed and
oft-delayed work here on the site.
